MHL, a mortgage lender, was switching business target from retail mortgage borrowers to wholesale mortgage brokers.
As the sole designer, I created a company website, contents, and marketing materials.

Competitor Analysis
I started by analyzing top wholesale mortgage companies and the ones similar to MHL. Focusing on the characteristics and the differences.This research helped identify industry trends, broker preferences, and key differentiators.
Stakeholder Interview
To align the website with business goals, I conducted stakeholder interviews with product owners, executives, and sales leads.These interviews revealed the importance of showcasing MHL’s unique values, such as niche mortgage products, competitive rates, and broker support, while addressing pain points like unclear navigation and insufficient resources for the new brokers.
